About the event
Join us for a growing bi-annual event here in the White Mountains! We've previously held them at the Elks Lodge, but we're rapidly growing and need more room. This year, we are a 2-day event. We will be having vendors, food trucks, speakers and exhibits. Choose whether you are a Food Truck or vendor and how many spaces you will need via the drop down box. You will need to fill out the vendor agreement, sign and send back to us. Since we are holding it at School District property, there are guidelines we must follow precisely. We will be adding more and more attractions as we go along. GET YOUR SPACE RESERVED NOW!
Below is the what the Vendor Agreement contains. If this works for you, reserve and secure however many spaces you need. Once we receive payment, we willl email you the actual agreement. Fill out and return as quickly as possible.
This year, we have moved our expo to a larger location and it will be a 2-day event held at the Show Low Jr. High & High School off Old Linden Road. We are having a lot more costs to grow this venue, add new exhibits and activities.

Become a Vendor
Vendors: Single spaces are 10’x10’
Cost for the weekend: $200.00 We have discounts on the website for more than one space. Vendors may share a “single space 10x10 ONLY” MULTIPLE SPACES NOT TO BE SHARED. ONE VENDOR ONLY.
Food Trucks: Single spaces are 10’x20’
Cost for the weekend : $300.00 We have discounts on the website for larger spaces.

By purchasing a Vendor spot for the Sustainable Living Expo being held on
May 11th & 12th, 2024 I agree to the following:
Event Hours & Setup and Tear down:
The event hours are from 9am to 4pm on Saturday and 10am to 3pm on Sunday.
Vendor setup can begin at 6am on Saturday. All vendors must be completely setup no later than 8:30am. If you need to have more time to set up, you agree to make prior arrangements with Pinedora Farms at least one week in advance of the event date. Vendors are responsible for their own canopy, tables, chairs etc. I also agree and understand that I/we will not begin tear down of my booth, until the event is over at 3pm on Sunday. It is simple courtesy and it just looks bad if you do. ALL VENDORS AGREE TO HAVE A MINIMUM OF 40 POUND WEIGHTS ON EVERY LEG OF THEIR CANOPY. This is non-negotiable, as we can be held liable for anyone being injured by a tent being thrown by the wind. We will have someone going around checking them. If you don’t have the required amount of weights you will be required to add more before the event begins, or you will not be permitted to set up a tent. If you choose not to set up, that is your choice, but you will also forfeit you vendor fees. Initials: __________
Refund Policy: There are NO REFUNDS. If for any reason you have paid for a space and no longer to attend, you “may” be able to transfer your space to another vendor WITH THE WRITTEN APPROVAL BY PINEDORA FARMS, AND THE NEW VENDOR MUST ALSO FILL OUT AN APPLICATION. You will be responsible to collect any fees from the person you transfer your space to if desired. Initials: _______________
Hold Harmless:
By participating as a vendor, I agree to “Hold Harmless” Pinedora Farms, The Solar Exchange, Show Low Unified School District and any other parties involved with the hosting and production of this event, of any disputes or legal action of any kind. All parties involved are doing their best to insure a successful event for all. Initials: _______________
Since this is a 2-day event, you may leave your tent and products overnight. We will have security on site throughout the night. We do recommend you take any cash or valuables home with you and bring back on Sunday. Please lower your tent if possible or enclose it completely with sidewalls for added protection.
