Vendor Signup CLOSED

Our first Sustainable Living Expo was held earlier this year in March, which had an incredible turn-out!  We had many requests to do a fall Expo as well, so here you go.  We are expanding the vendor space to outside as well.  Inside spaces are roughtly 6'x10' with an 8' table and 2 chairs provided.  Outside spaces are 10'x10' or 10'x20' and vendors will need to provide their own tent, tables etc.  We will be having more demonstrators this season and a great deal more media coverage.  Don't miss out on this opportunity! This event is quickly growing by leaps and bounds.   If you are interested in doing a "Demonstration" for visitors of the event, please contact us right away with what it is you would like to offer as a demonstration and what that will involve

We have set Policies and Procedures for the event, please read.  By purchasing a vendor space, you agree to the Policies and Procedures listed.

***The costs to put this event on is paid for by The Solar Exchange and The Heat Pump Store.  Due to the expense they put out, they have complete "Exclusivity" for this event.  They will be the ONLY solar company or heat pump (mini splits) company set up for this venue.  There are NO REFUNDS.  If you cannot attend, but have paid for a spot, you have the option to sell your spot to another vendor and have them pay you for the fee if you'd like, but you must contact us for the replacement vendor approval prior to the event.  A replacement vendor may not just show up the day of the event without our knowing.
