Happy New Year! We hope you all had a safe and happy holiday season! We’re off to a fresh start this year, in more than just our gardens. We’ve already begun our resolutions, and so far, so good.  We know firsthand that it can sometimes be difficult to keep going with certain resolutions.  Yet, if you find yourself struggling with a new diet, exercise program, etc., Pinedora is here to help! We’ve been formally educated in several fields and self-educated in even more, and we have different Wellness Programs to help treat the whole you. We don’t just treat the symptoms; we do extensive research on a case by case basis to help each person individually, on all levels. We believe that only you can heal you, so we tailor your program to things you enjoy and would actually be willing to do on a regular basis.   So best of luck on your journey this year, and let us know if you need a hand.

The New Year is a time for new beginnings. It is a time to put behind us all of those things that no longer serve a purpose in our lives, and to move forward towards better and more positive ways of living. This time of year, however, many people overwhelm themselves trying to change too many things all at once. We tend to focus on more of the external/physical factors without considering the internal/emotional/ psychological factors that go along with them. You can change your diet, but forcing yourself to eat things you can’t stand, kind of kills your soul l little- which could even potentially lead to more problems down the road. By forcing yourself to stick to an ultra- strict routine that doesn’t suit you personally, you increase the chances of failure significantly. But by choosing a routine that is fun, interesting, and good for you, the chances are much higher in your favor. And making changes for the right reasons helps too. So good luck this year friends, and again, we’re here to help!
